Change Management: Root Cause Investigation — Symptoms of problems will have to be dealt with over and over again. A root cause investigation gets to the heart of the matter, to fix problems once and for all. This is an excellent method to find new answers for ongoing problems with performance, processes, customer service, attitude, morale or turnover. Within teams, between groups or across the organization.

We take a systemic look at your organization because obstacles are not caused by one person or thing. They result from a combination of organizational structure, culture, processes, communication systems, technology, internal networks, competition for resources, leadership and human resources policies.

Most of the obstacles that are identified in an investigation are minor and can be resolved immediately. Others take more time, so we work with you to develop a practical plan for the management of ongoing change.

Ongoing Change Management: Embedded — Once an investigation is complete and a change plan is in place, we're there to help ensure the changes stick. We'll stay on-site to work with you, your managers, human resources people, teams and employees. We train, inform, encourage and coach employees and deal with any negative outcomes of change.

Team Alignment — High performing teams know their strengths and weaknesses and how to work well together toward a common goal. We work with teams to clear away obstacles to success, find their best methods of operation, get the right people doing the right jobs and unite the teams around common goals.
