Marlys Tamte founded The Prosper Group in 1998 to specialize in resolution of internal operations, process and people management problems. She has 25+ years of experience in communication, corporate management and business consulting. She completed her Executive MBA at the University of St. Thomas, her speaker's apprenticeship through the National Speakers Association and her facilitation training from the Institute of Cultural Affairs.

Marlys brings strong business acumen, coaching and communication skills to her work. A fast learner, Systems Thinker and relationship builder, she has a track record of helping clients achieve organizational goals.

In 2005 Marlys founded Cloudscrapers, a networking and discussion group on management issues for corporate VPs and directors of marketing and communications. She is also an analyst, facilitator, writer and speaker on small business management and growth, organizational development and change management.
